地膜再利用对土壤微生物量碳的影响

摘  要:
通过再利用膜(旧膜)、新覆膜及露地栽培向日葵的田间对比试验,研究地膜再利用对土壤微生物量碳的影响。结果表明,地膜再利用能增加土壤微生物量碳含量。在0~40cm土层,土壤微生物量碳含量大小表现为:旧膜>新膜>露地。旧膜的微生物量碳含量较露地和新膜分别显著提高13.8%和12.1%(P<0.01)。生育期内土壤微生物量碳含量变化总体上受灌水影响呈波动下降。土壤微生物量碳含量垂直变化表现为随土层加深而减少。

摘  要:
Aiming at reducing agricultural pollution caused by plastic film,but degradable film did not be applied to agriculture instead of plastic film,the effects of reused plastic film mulching on soil microbial biomass carbon content were studied through comparing with the plastic film and open field in Hetao region. The results showed:Soil microbial biomass carbon content of reused film mulching increased at different degree. Compared with bare field and new film mulching,soil microbial biomass carbon content in 0- 40 cm of reused film were higher significantly(P <0.01) 13. 8% and 12. 1% respectively. Growth stage changes of soil microbial biomass carbon content are different. The soil microbial biomass carbon content decline with fluctuation effecting by irrigation. Vertical changes of the soil microbial biomass carbon content are reduced with increasing soil depth.
