摘 要:
采用机械共混方式获得了氢氧化铝(ATH)、三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP)和MP/季戊四醇(PER)3种阻燃型丙烯酸酯乳液胶黏剂,并研究了3种体系的阻燃剂种类、添加量、配比对阻燃性能、力学性能、热稳定性的影响。结果表明:体系的拉伸强度随阻燃剂添加量的增加而降低,氧指数(LOI)随阻燃剂添加量的增加而增加;同水平下,ATH改性胶黏剂体系残渣率较高;锥形量热仪结果表明各类阻燃剂的加入均能有效减少胶黏剂体系的热释放速率(HRR)、质量损失速率(MLR)和烟释放速率(SPR);扫描电镜(SEM)表明当MP与PER质量比为3∶1时,改性胶黏剂体系的膨胀型阻燃效果最佳。

摘 要:
Three kinds of acrylate emulsion adhesive modified with aluminum hydroxide( ATH),melamine pyrophosphate( MP) and MP /pentaerythritol( PER) were prepared by mechanical mixing method. The effects of the types,the amounts and the ratios of the flame retardant on the fire retardant behavior,mechanical property and the thermal stability of the acrylate emulsion adhesive were compared. The results showed that the tensile strength of the adhesive decreased and limiting oxygen index( LOI) increased with the increment of supplementing amount of the flame retardant,and adhesive modified with ATH had higher residue content at the same level with the comparision of the other two flameretardants' systems. The cone calorimeter results indicated that the addition of various flame retardant could effectively reduce the heat release rate( HRR),the mass loss rate( MLR) and the smoke production rate( SPR) of the adhesive.The scanning electron microscopy( SEM) showed that the adhesive modified with the ratio of intumescent flame retardant MP /PER to 3 /1 had the best flame retardant effect.
