摘  要：
The necessity of development of fast-growing and high-yield poplar forest in passageway greening was analyzed from the great-leap-forward development of forestry in Shanxi,the building of well-off society in rural areas,the adjustment of industrial structure in industrialization of forestry,the contradiction between timber supply and demand and increase of agricultural production.The feasibility of development of fast-growing and high-yield poplar forest in passageway greening was analyzed from market demand,demand of pulp and paper material,demand of artificial plate and project construction.
