三叶青高效快繁技术体系的建立

摘  要:
[目的]研究三叶青快繁技术。[方法]以药用植物三叶青组培苗的节部为外植体,研究了植物生长调节剂对三叶青增殖和生根的影响。[结果]在含有6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L的MS培养基中,三叶青增殖倍数最大;而三叶青的最佳生根培养基为MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L。生根的三叶青经过驯化后移栽到含有蛭石、草炭、珍珠岩(3∶6∶1)的混合基质中,一个月后成长为健康植株。[结论]该研究建立的三叶青高效快繁体系,为解决三叶青的人工栽培所需种苗提供了技术支撑。

摘  要:
[Objective]To study rapid propagation technique of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum. [Method]Using medicinal plant Tetrastigma hemsleyanum as experimental material,the effects of plant growth regulators on Tetrastigma hemsleyanum's multiplication and rooting were studied.[Result]The results showed that in 6-BA 0. 5 mg/L + NAA 0. 1 mg/L medium,Tetrastigma hemsleyanum's proliferation rate is the largest;Yet the best rooting medium is MS + IBA 0. 5 mg / L. The plants with roots after domestication transplanted to mixed substrate containing vermiculite,peat,perlite( 3∶ 6∶ 1). After a month,it grow into a healthy plant. [Conclusion] This study established an efficient micropropagation system of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum,providing the technical support to solve Tetrastigma hemsleyanum's needed for artificial cultivation of seedlings.
