糠醛渣对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能和机理

摘  要:
研究了糠醛渣对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能和机理,探讨了吸附时间、溶液初始质量浓度、吸附剂用量、吸附剂粒度及溶液初始pH值对亚甲基蓝去除率的影响。结果表明,在25℃、pH值为8的条件下,糠醛渣投加量为1g,反应时间为90min时,糠醛渣对亚甲基蓝的去除率为97.96%。对试验数据运用相关数学模型拟合,显示吸附过程动力学更适合二级吸附动力学模型。

摘  要:
The adsorption capacity and mechanism of furfural residue to methylene blue were studied. The effect of contacting time, pH of solution, the amount and diameter of furfural residue was tested. The results showed that under the conditions of pH 8,adsorption temperature of 25℃ ,dosage of 1 g and reaction time of 90 min,removal efficiency was up to 97.96% . The adsorption process kinetics could be described by second-order reaction.
