温室水培番茄树光合特性的研究

摘  要:
以荷兰百利和以色列R144为试材,利用CIRAS-1便携式光合测定仪,对其光合特性进行了研究,结果表明:二者的光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线,两种番茄树对光照强度、CO2浓度和温度等变化的响应可以用二次方程来描述,荷兰百利和以色列R144的光饱和点为1490.0~1590.0μmol.m-2.s-1,光补偿点为15.7~21.6μmol.m-2.s-1,温度在25℃左右时,两种番茄树光合速率达到最高,CO2的饱和点和补偿点为1510-1730μl/L和93.1-94.6μl/L之间。

摘  要:
The characteristics of Photosynthesis of Hoaland Beril and Israeli R144 cultivars were studied comparatively with the CIRAS-1 Photosynthetic instrument.The main results were as follows: diurnal change in net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of two kinds of tomato trees were both a curve with sinle peak;the responsive curves of photosynthesis in mature tomato leaves to the change of photosynthetic active radiation,CO2 concentration and air temperature can be described with quadratic equations.the light saturation point of Hoaland Beril and Israeli R144 were around 1490.0-1590.0μmol·m-2·s-1;the light compensation point was about 15.7~21.6μmol·m-2·s-1;when the proper temperature was around 25℃,the photosynthesis were highest for bothtrees and the saturation point of CO2 was 1510~1730μl/L and 93.1~94.6μl/L,respectively.
