摘 要:
采用氧化淀粉—丙烯酸—AMPS接枝共聚物和交联羧甲基淀粉进行复配,将两种原料按配比经混合、糊化、制片、粉碎、筛分制得复配高吸水性树脂成品。试验表明,最佳制备条件为:氧化淀粉—丙烯酸—AMPS接枝共聚物与交联羧甲基淀粉的质量比为8,糊化时的加水量为500 g/g,糊化25 min,制片温度为150℃。该产品将两种淀粉组分的优缺点互补,生产成本低、安全性好,吸生理盐水的倍率为60~100倍,能在15 min内全部被酶解。

摘 要:
Oxidized starch crylic acid AMPS graft copolymer and crosslinked carboxymethyl starch were compounded.Two kinds of materials were used to prepare a kind of compound high water-absorbing resin production through mixing,gelatinizing,making section,crushing and sieving by certain proportions.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of oxidized starch-crylic acid-AMPS graft copolymer to crosslinked carboxymethyl starch was 8,water addition quantity for gelatinization was 500 g/g,the time of gelatinization was 25 min,making section temperature was 150 ℃.This product had the complementary feature of advantages and disadvantages of 2 kinds of starch ingredients and had low production cost and good safety.Its absorbency for physiological brine was 60~100 g/g and it could entirely be hydrolyzed by enzyme in 15 min.
