该文介绍了赴荷兰进行犊牛肉生产与技术考察了解到的荷兰犊牛肉发展历史、生产与技术现状,分析了我国犊牛肉生产、技术研究与荷兰存在的差距、发展犊牛肉的重要性与发展优势,提出了加强国际合作与原创性技术研究等推动我国犊牛肉发展的建议。
