中小木质家具制造企业面临的成本压力有:产品降级、家具环保要求提升、电商类企业崛起、跨界打击等。与此同时,消费升级时代使消费者环保意识空前提高;创新成为企业常态;全渠道销售成为业界共识;社交信息影响力凸现。在多重约束和消费升级的双重背景下,中小木质家具制造企业应实施专业化运营策略,借助众包获取产品创意,提升产品创新能力,初步缔造品牌传播节点;尝试众筹实现产品销售升级,延续品牌内涵推广;尝试社群运营,借力合作伙伴,打造特色品牌社群。在创新运营的同时,中小木质家具制造企业应拓展组织市场渠道,服务于短租公寓及中低端民宿;对于物流和产品体验两大"痛点",建议通过外包、同业联盟和共同打造O2O体验系统的方式解决。

摘  要:
Small and medium-sized wooden furniture manufacturing enterprises are increasingly challenged by cost pressures; product downgrades; furniture environmental protection requirements upgrade; the rise of e-commerce; cross-border crack-downs and other constraints. In the meantime, consumer awareness of environmental protection has been increasing in an unprecedented manner; innovation has become the norm in enterprises; all-channel marketing has become the consensus of the industry; and, the influence of social media has become prominent in the era of consumer upgrading. Under the dual background of multiple constraints and consumption upgrading, small and medium-sized wooden furniture manufacturing enterprises should implement specialized operation strategies. They can obtain product creativity, enhance product innovation ability, and initially create brand communication nodes by crowdsourcing. With the help of crowdfunding to achieve product sales upgrading, continue the promotion of brand connotation and make an attempt on community operation to build characteristic brand communities with the help of partners. While implementing innovative operation strategies, small and medium-sized wooden furniture manufacturing enterprises can expand the organizational market channels to serve short-rent apartments and mid-to-lower end homestays. For the two "pain points" of logistics and product experience, it is suggested to solve the problem by outsourcing, industry alliance and jointly building the O2 O experience system.
