摘  要:
脂肪酸合酶(Fatty Acid Synthase,FASN)是哺乳动物脂肪酸合成过程中的关键酶,在机体复杂的代谢调控过程中起着极其重要作用.以往有关其功能及作用机制的研究多集中于转录组mRNA水平,而随着现代分子生物学技术的发展,真核生物转录后水平的基因表达调控越来越受到人们的关注.在综述了近些年FASN基因参与调控家畜乳脂、肉质、脂肪沉积等生产和屠宰性状,以及人类癌症发生、发展的基础上,对该基因在转录和转录后水平上的表达调控机制研究进行总结,为FASN基因影响机体生长发育的网络调控机制研究提供依据.

摘  要:
Fatty acid synthase( FASN) is a key enzyme in the synthesis of fatty acids in mammals and plays an extremely important role in the complex metabolic processes. In the past,studies on its function and mechanism mostly focused on the mRNA level. With the development of modern molecular biology techniques,the regulation of gene expression at the post-transcriptional level of eukaryotic organisms has attracted more attention. In this article,researchers reviewed the expression of FASN genes at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels on the basis of the involvement of FASN genes in controlling the production and slaughtering traits of dairy fat,meat,and fat deposits,and the occurrence and development of human cancer in recent years. Then,the study of regulatory mechanisms was summarized to provide a basis for the study of the network regulatory mechanisms of the FASN gene affecting organism growth and development.
