阐述我国联合收割机跨区机收的发展历程,分析了联合收割机跨区机收的主要贡献、发展动因;提出了联合收割机跨区机收正处于由政府主导向市场主导转换时期,要充分发挥政府部门市场监管和信息服务的职能,推动联合收割机跨区机收快速、健康发展,并给出了有关政策建议。

摘  要：
To introduce the development process of trans-regional-harvesting using combine harvester and analyzed the main contribution and the major factors for the fast development of trans-regional harvesting in China. Then the paper points out that trans-regional harvesting is in the stage of transition from the government-oriented to the market-oriented now, and the government should exert their functions on the market supervision and information service so as to accelerate the rapid and health development of trans-regional harvesting in China. Therefore concerning policies suggestions are also put forward in the paper.
