摘  要:
[目的]筛选吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理,确定毛花点草水插生根的最佳条件,为毛花点草的繁殖提供技术支持。[方法]以插穗的生根率、不定根数、不定根长、侧根数以及根系发育指数为指标,研究在0、30、60、90mg/L4种IBA浓度和2、4、6h3种浸泡时间下毛花点草水插生根情况。[结果]毛花点草水插生根的最适IBA浓度为60mg/L,其中以浸泡6h的插穗各项指标最高,侧根数为16.6条,不定根数为48.6,不定根长为15.8mm,根系发育指数达到424.9。促进毛花点草水插生根的IBA浓度和浸泡时间的最佳组合为60mg/LIBA,浸泡6h后插穗。[结论]该法对毛花点草的繁殖具有指导意义。

摘  要:
[Objective]The study aimed at providing technical support for breeding of Nanocnide lobata by screening the optimum concentration of IBA. [Method]With rooting rate,adventitious root amount,root length,lateral root number and developing index as indicators,the root situation of Nanocnide lobata cuttings treated with IBA at the concentration of 0,30,60 and 90 mg/L and treating time of 2,4 and 6h were tested. [Result]The results showed that the appropriate concentration and soaking time of IBA were 60 mg/L and 6 h respectively,under which the lateral root number,adventitious root number,adventitious root length and the developing index were 16.6,48.6,15.8 mm and 424.9 respectively. [Conclusion]The study is of great importance in instructing the breeding of Nanocnide lobata.
