长期施肥对农田黑土酶活性及作物产量的影响

摘  要:
为探讨长期施肥条件下,农田黑土土壤酶活性及其与作物产量的关系,对位于黑龙江省海伦市海伦农业生态实验站长期定位试验第18年的土壤酶活性及作物产量进行分析。结果表明,与无肥处理相比,长期施肥能提高土壤过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、转化酶活性,其中以化肥NPK配施有机肥处理能明显提高土壤过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、转化酶活性。土壤过氧化氢、磷酸酶、转化酶活性与作物产量显著相关,以化肥NPK配施有机肥处理显著增加作物产量。

摘  要:
The relationship between the soil enzyme activities and crop yields of the black arable soil were analyzed in the 18- year long- term site-specific experiment located in Hailun Agroecological Experimental Station, Hailun, Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that compared to no fertilizer application, the activities of the soil catalase, alkaline phosphatase and invertase could be increased under long-term fertilizers' application systems. The chemical fertilizers (NPK) combined with manure application could greatly increased the activities of the soil hydrogen peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase and invertase. There was a significant correlation between the activities of hydrogen peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase, invertase and crop yields. The highest crop yield was found in the treatment of the chemical fertilizers (NPK) combined with manure application.
