黄河流域退耕还林途径研究

摘  要：
首先分析了黄河流域坡耕地现状及其危害 ,认为坡耕地是该区最主要的水土流失源地之一 ,是生态环境恶化、人民生活贫困的主要原因之一 ,急需改造治理 ;其次 ,退耕还林应该在粮食需求分析的基础上 ,以基本农田建设、保证粮食自给为前提 ,逐步实施。近期重点实施 2 5°以上陡坡耕地、中远期实施 2 5°以下缓坡耕地 ;再次 ,退耕还林要作到因地制宜 ,要与其他水土保持措施、区域经济发展相结合

摘  要：
Based on the analysis of the situation of slope farmland in the Yellow River basin and it's harms,firstly,the author thinks that the slope farmland is the main source of water and soil loss,and is the main reason of deteriorated environment and poverty,urgently need rebuilt,secondly,on the basis of analysis of the demand and supply of food,to construct basic farmland,ensure food self sufficient,and then return farmland to forests step by step.The order is that:mainly practice steep slope farmland in the near,and then gentle slope farmland;thirdly,measures of returning farmland to forests should be suited to local conditions,and integrated with other soil and water conservation method,as well as economic development.
