摘  要:
pLrNAU344,pLrNAU426和pLrNAU647是我们新近从大赖草中克隆到的3个物种专化DNA重复序列。它们都大量存在于赖草属,而小麦中却很少。Southern杂交证明,pLrNAU426和pLrNAU647对导入小麦的8条不同的大赖草染色体(其中3条携带有小麦赤霉病抗性基因)和两条染色体臂都有检测效果,据此可用其作为赖草属染色质的分子标记进一步研究和利用。

摘  要:
Three species-specific DNA repeats, pLrNAU647, pLrNAU426 and pLr-NAU344 were isolated from Leymus racemosus in our laboratory recently. They all showed strong hybridization signal with the southern blotted DNAs of Leymus species but very weak signal with those of Triticum aestivum. pLrNAU647 and pLrNAU426 were successfully used as molecular markers in identifying 8 different L. racemosus chromosomes, of which three carry wheat scab resistant genes, and two telochromosomes transfered to common wheat.
