生长猪饲粮甘薯不同比例及赖氨酸不同添加水平的饲喂效果

摘  要:
用8头平均体重18.36±1.783公斤长白×成华杂交一代阉猪,随机分成20个小组,进行10个处理的试验,研究饲粮中甘薯粉不同比例(15、30、45%)及各比例下添L—赖氨酸(0.12、0.24;0.15、0.27;0.18、0.30%)的饲喂效果,并考察了血清谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性、血清尿素氮、血清总蛋白含量与猪日增重和饲料利用率的相关关系。试验结果表明:随饲粮中甘薯粉比例升高,猪生长显著降低(P<0.05),添加L一赖氨酸盐酸可明显促进生长。以含15%甘薯粉添加0.24%L一赖氨酸盐酸组成绩最佳,平均日增重663克,饲料利用率2.34,超过不含甘薯粉的玉米基础饲粮对照组。30%、45%甘薯粉比例下以分别添加0.15、0.18%L—赖氨酸盐酸较好,生产成绩接近玉米对照组,日增重和饲料利用率分别为557克、2.57;523克、2.68。血清GOT活性、血清总蛋白含量与日增重和饲料利用率呈显著性相关(P<0.05),血清尿素氮含量与日增重呈显著性相关(P<0.05)。综上认为:赖氨酸为甘薯粉中的主要限制性氨基酸,甘薯粉对生长猪增重的饲用价值仅相当于玉米的58.62%,替代玉米后添加L一赖氨酸盐酸可以达到或超过玉米对照组饲粮的饲喂效果。血清GOT活性、总蛋白含量、尿素氮含量高低可以作为反映猪生长强度的指标。

摘  要:
Experiments were conducted to observe the effects of ratios of sweet potato meal instead of corn in equal amount and the levals of adding lysine to sweet potato meal diets. The ratios of sweet poteto meal were respectively 15%, 30% and 45% of the diets.The lysine levels Were respectirely 0.12,0.24% of 15%;0.15, 0.27% of 30%;0.18,0.30%of 45% sweet potato meal diets Eighty pigs weighing from 18.36 to 33.10 kilograms were used in twenty groups with two groups for one treatment.Average daily gain(ADG), feed efficiency(FE), serum urea, serum total protein and serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT), glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) were examined, Ths results showed that the ADG and FE decreased significatly with raised ratio of sweet Potato meal (P<0.05)and increaced obriously with the addition of lysine (P<0.05).15 percent sweot potato meal plus 0.24 L-ly-sine monoHCL gave the best performence with 663 grams ADG and 2.34 FE. Serum GOT, total protein, urea could be optimal criteria of ADG and FE. The data indicated that lysine was the most deficient amino acid in the diets under this condition.
