宁夏乳品企业品牌竞争力提升策略研究

宁夏乳品企业依托地区奶源优势,呈现出繁荣发展的景象。但在进一步扩大市场边界的过程中竞争优势却不明显,企业缺乏品牌竞争力是关键因素。本文基于品牌竞争力相关理论,对宁夏乳业品牌发展现状、存在的主要问题及其制约因素进行分析,并提出提升宁夏乳品企业品牌竞争力的策略,以期对引导宁夏乳业市场健康理性发展起到一定的推动作用。

摘  要:
Relying on the regional advantage of milk resource,the number of Ningxia dairy companies is increasing.However,there is no clear competitive advantage in the process on further expanding their market boundaries.Lack of brand competitiveness is the key factor.Based on the theory of band competitiveness,the paper analyses the current situation,the major problems and constraints of the Ningxia Dairy company’s brand development,and also presents some suggestions on enhancing the brand competitiveness of Ningxia dairy brand.The paper is expected to play a certain role to guide the rational development of Ningxia Dairy industry.
