KOH改性花生壳对亚甲基蓝废水的吸附

摘  要:
以KOH为改性剂,对花生壳进行改性,研究了改性后的花生壳对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果。探讨了吸附时间、改性花生壳投加量、p H、亚甲基蓝初始浓度、转速对去除率的影响;并应用吸附等温线及吸附动力学方程对试验结果进行了拟合,初步探讨了吸附机理。结果表明,试验因素对去除率影响从大到小依次为投加量、p H、时间、废水初始浓度;吸附最佳条件为室温25℃下20.0 mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液50.0 m L中投加改性花生壳0.05 g、p H 11.0、吸附时间50.0 min、振荡速率210 r/min;在最佳试验条件下KOH改性花生壳和未改性花生壳对亚甲基蓝废水的去除率分别为97.86%、54.11%。对KOH改性花生壳吸附亚甲基蓝的吸附机理进行了初步探讨,结果表明,对于固液体系的吸附行为Langmuir方程能够更好地对吸附等温线进行拟合,Langmuir方程为Ce/qe=0.042 7Ce+0.0042,R2=0.994 7,说明吸附过程属于单分子层吸附;吸附过程中的反应速率经过拟合符合Lagergren二级动力学方程y=0.052 6 x+0.093 4,R2=0.999 3。试验结果表明KOH改性花生壳是吸附亚甲基蓝废水的优良的生物吸附剂。

摘  要:
Peanut husk was modified using KOH to remove methylene blue from aqueous solution. The influence of adsorption time, modified peanut husk dosage, p H value, initial concentration and rotational speed on the removal efficiencies was discussed. The adsorption isotherm and adsorption kinetics equations were applied to simulate the experimental result. The experimental results showed that experimental factors on the removal rate followed the descending order: dosage >p H > adsorption time >initial concentration. The best experimental conditions were : 50.0 m L wastewater whose concentration of Methylene blue was 20.0 mg·L-1,the temperature was 25℃, the adsorbent dosage was 0.05 g, the optimum condition was p H 11.0, adsorption time was 50.0 min, oscillation speed was 210 r / min,the removal efficiencies of KOH-modified peanut shell and unmodified peanut shells to methylene blue was 97.86% and 54.14%. The modified peanut husk absorption of methylene blue obeyed the Langmuir isotherm equation(Ce/ qe=0.0427Ce+0.0042, R2=0.9947), and belonged to the monolayer adsorption.The adsorption process was accorded with second kinetics reaction of Lagergren(y=0.0526x+0.0934,R2=0.9993).It was implied that peanut husk may be suitable as adsorbent material for adsorption of methylene blue from aqueous solutions.
