湿法消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定苍术中的无机元素

摘 要:
用湿法消解苍术(Atractylodes lancea)样品,通过火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了3个产地苍术中的Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、K、Ca、Sr等7种元素含量。在优化条件下,7种元素的质量浓度在一定范围内均与其吸光度呈线性关系,方法回收率为在96.33%~107.8%,相对标准偏差均小于5%。

摘 要:
The contents of seven elements(Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,K,Ca,Sr) in atractylodes lancea from three different areas were detected by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(FAAS) with wet digestion. Under the optimum condition, their concentrations of seven elements were linear with their absorbance values in a certain range,respectively. The recoveries of experiments were between 96.33% and 107.8%(RSD<5%).
