博孜墩柯尔克孜少数民族聚落持续发展探析

摘  要：
以典型的柯尔克孜民族聚集区的贫困人口为分析对象,随机选择80户村民,统计在精准扶贫措施介入后受教育程度、收入结构、健康状况等信息变化数据,定量分析博孜墩柯尔克孜少数民族聚落发展的影响因素。结果表明,生计技能、生活质量和受教育程度等对民族聚落持续发展影响较大。依据多年扶贫数据和实地调查结果,提出应从多个角度、结合实际情况,政府引导、帮助博孜墩柯尔克孜边疆民族地区持续发展社会经济,确保我国边疆地区稳定、可持续发展目标的实现。

摘  要：
Eighty typical poor households in Bozidun Kirgiz ethnic settlements were randomly selected to make statistics of the changes in education, income structure and health status after the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation, and to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of the development of Bozidun Kirgiz ethnic settlements. The findings indicated that livelihood skills, quality of life and education have a great impact on the sustainable development of the ethnic settlements. Based on years of poverty alleviation data and field survey results, it is proposed that the government should guide and help the Bozidun Kirgiz frontier ethnic area to develop social economy continuously from multiple aspects and in combination with reality, and to ensure the stability and sustainable development of the frontier area.
