盐分胁迫下苯丙烯酸对黄瓜根际细菌多样性的影响

摘  要:
以黄瓜为试材,以NaCl为盐分胁迫,以苯丙烯酸为自毒物质,采用PCR-DGGE技术,研究盐份胁迫下苯丙烯酸对黄瓜根际细菌的影响,结果表明,两种盐分浓度胁迫对黄瓜根际土壤微生物多样性指数和均匀度指数均产生显著的抑制作用,施加高浓度的自毒物质苯丙烯酸加重了胁迫程度,而低浓度的苯丙烯酸可以缓解盐份胁迫。通过对DGGE条带克隆测序结果表明,它们大多与不能培养的细菌种属具有较高的同源性,大多为Proteobacteria,少数为Firmicutes。

摘  要:
Effects of cinnamic acid on cucumber rhizosphere soil bacteria under salt stress were analyzed by PCR-DGGE.Cucumber and cinnamic acid were used as experimental material and autotoxin respectively,and NaCl was used to provide salt stress.Results showed that both salt concentrations significantly inhibited the diversity index and evenness index of cucumber rhizophere soil bacteria.Applica- tion of high concentration of cinnamic acid aggravated salt stress,but low concentration of that could relieve salt stress.Besides,clone and sequencing results showed that the different DGGE bands of all treatments had high homology with uncultured bacterial species,most of which were Proteobacteria and a few of which were Firmicutes.
