摘 要:
通过盆栽试验,研究5株耐铅菌株在不同铅浓度下对玉米生长状况的影响,试图从当地石灰性土壤中筛选出一些耐铅菌株,以期为重金属污染土壤的微生物修复提供理论依据和有效途径。结果表明,菌株M5显著提高了玉米根系的生物量,与对照相比,提高了18.2%;菌株M1和M4显著降低了玉米根系的生物量,较对照分别降低了11.9%和17.8%;菌株M2,M3,M4和M5均可促进玉米地上部生物量的增加,与对照相比,分别增加了17.2%,16.4%,12.5%和12.4%;菌株M2,M3,M4和M5对玉米籽粒的百粒质量影响均不大,而菌株M1显著提高了籽粒产量和百粒质量,分别提高了13.2%和17.9%。

摘 要:
In this research, based on indoor screening, 5 lead-resistance bacterial strains were separated and identified from local lime soil. The influences in the condition of different concentrations of lead to the factors such as growth condition, yield quality and corn were studied by pot experiments, attempting to screen several lead-resistance bacterial strains from local lime soil to offer theoretic basis and efficient approaches for microbic restoration of soil polluted by heavy metal. The results showed that M5 significantly improved root biomass of corn, which increased 18.2% compared with the control. Strains M1 and M4 significantly reduced the root biomass of corn, and decreased by 11.9% and 17.8% respectively compared with the control. Strain M2, M3, M4 and M5 were able to accelerate increase of biomass of corn's overground part and biomass increased 17.2%, 16.4%, 12.5% and 12.4%, respectively compared with controls. But the influences of M2, M3, M4 and M5 to seeds and one-hundred-seed quality of corn were not obvious. M1 significantly improved seed yields and one-hundred-grains quality, which improved 13.2% and 17.9%, respectively.
