从企业的知识管理引出什么是图书馆的知识管理。阐述了传统图书馆管理缺陷和现代图书馆必定走向知识管理的一系列原因,以及图书馆走向知识管理的职能转变。预示知识管理必将真正走入图书馆的大门,从而结束图书馆偏居一隅、闭门守书的旧局面,开创生命力更加旺盛的新天地。

The paper has introduced knowledge management of library from the description of business managements,expounded the disadvantages of traditional management and reason of a transition to knowledge management,and discussed the changes of library service.Knowledge management will become a new function of the library services.With the development of library science,new services,such as digital book and knowledge management,will be generated.
