农产品中未知物分析的研究进展

摘  要:
农产品中未知物或非目标化合物的分析、筛查和确证工作是当前农产品质量与安全研究工作的热点。本文综述了农产品中未知物分析的研究进展和应用状况、存在问题及今后的研究方向和发展趋势,建立了基于高分辨精准分子质量、组学技术、生物标志物为平台、其他分析手段等的分析模式,旨在为农产品中未知物或非目标化合物的进一步分析、筛查、监测、预警提供一定的参考,保障农产品质量与安全。

摘  要:
The screening and confirmation analysis of unknown or non-target compounds in agricultural products are the current focus of studies on agricultural product quality and safety. This paper reviews the progress made in the development and application of analytical techniques such as high-resolution accurate molecular mass spectrometry, omics technology and biomarker-based techniques for the identification of unknown components in agricultural products. Existing problems are pointed out and future development directions are also proposed. The aim of this paper is to provide a reference for further analysis, screening, monitoring, and early warning of unknown or non-target compounds in agricultural products to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.
