贵州水稻秧田期稻水象甲卵的空间分布型及抽样技术

摘  要:
为弄清秧田期稻水象甲卵的田间分布情况,采用6种聚集度指标法、Taylor幂法则和Iwao回归模型法,对稻水象甲卵在秧田期的空间分布型进行了研究。结果表明:稻水象甲卵在秧田期的空间分布型属于聚集型的负二项分布,聚集程度随密度增加而增加;Taylor幂法则方程:lgS2=0.608 7+1.325 6lg(m),(1.325 6>1),说明卵的聚集强度具有密度依赖性;Iwao回归方程m*=3.518 1+1.458 m,α>0,β>1,说明卵在田间分布的基本成分是个体群,个体间相互吸引,个体群的空间分布型为聚集型负二项分布,引起稻水象甲卵聚集的原因主要是其所生活的环境因素所致。根据Iwao m*-m回归关系确定卵的序贯抽样模型公式及最适理论抽样公式为N=t2(4.518 1/m+0.458)/D2,建立了精度分别为0.1、0.2和0.3时的理论抽样数表。在田间抽样方式上,以Z字形法最佳。

摘  要:
Six aggregation index methods,Taylor's power law method and Iwao's regressive model analysis method were used to analyze the spatial distribution pattern,so as to explore the distribution status of the eggs of L.oryzophilus in rice seedling stage of Guizhou Province.The results showed that the pattern of the egg in rice seedling stage fitted the negative binomial aggregation distribution pattern.The analysis of Taylor power law gave out the equation:lgS2=0.6087+1.3256lg(m),in which β=1.3256 more than 1,it meant that the aggregation intensity was enhanced with the increase of population.According to analysis of Iwao regression: m*=3.5181+1.458m,the basic element for the distribution was an individual groups in the rice seedling stage,individuals attracted each other(α>0) and individual groups were congregating distribution(>1).The aggregating intensity of egg increased with the population density.The aggregation mean λ(λ<2) indicated that the cause for the aggregated distribution was the environment.Base on the data of spatial distribution,the optimum theoretical sampling number of the egg could be obtained from the Iwao's model.A theoretical sampling formula for the egg of L.oryzophilus was established as followed:N=t2(4.5181/m+0.458)/D2.The establishment of a number of theoretical sampling table in which D=0.1,0.2 and 0.3.The model could be used in survey,density estimation,and forecast of the pest.The best field sampling method for the egg of L.oryzophilus was Z-shaped.
