两种配位化合物的合成及结构表征

摘  要:
目的:合成两种配位化合物,1号:[四(咪唑)—锌(Ⅱ)]和2号:[四(吡唑)—锌(Ⅱ)]。方法:用水热合成法合成目标产物,这两种配位化合物的结构是通过X射线单晶衍射分析准确测定的,并且利用元素分析,核磁共振波谱分析和红外光谱分析辅助证明。X-射线单晶衍射测定后,我们用SHELXL软件对晶体结构进行解析。结果:1号晶体的结构单元是由四个咪唑分子和一个锌(Ⅱ)阳离子构成,2号晶体是由四个吡唑分子和一个锌(Ⅱ)阳离子构成。结论:配合物的每个分子都是由四个给电子基团和一个金属阳离子配位络合形成的。接着所有分子通过相互之间的非共价键聚集在一起,从而形成稳定的空间结构。这两种配合物的晶体空间群稍有不同,其中晶体1号空间群属于单斜C,晶体2号空间群属于单斜P。

摘  要:
The article aims to synthesize two kinds of coordination compounds,namely[4(imidazole)-Zinc(Ⅱ)]and[4(pyrazolyl)-Zinc(Ⅱ)].The target products are synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method.The structure of these two coordination compounds is determined by X-ray diffraction analysis and is assisted by elemental analysis,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy.After the X-ray diffraction measurement,the article uses SHELXL software to analyze the structure of crystal.The results show that structural units of the crystal 1is composed of four-imidazol molecules and a zinc(II)cationic,while crystal 2was composed of four-pyrazol molecules and a zinc(II)cation.At last,the article draws a conclusion that each molecule of compound is made up of four electron-donating groups and metal cation coordination.Then all molecules are gathered by non-covalent bond,thereby forming a stable spatial structure.Crystal space groups of these two compounds are slightly different,wherein the crystal 1belongs to the monoclinic space group C and crystal 2belongs to the monoclinic space group P.
