胸内髓外造血的影像学诊断

摘 要：
目的:探讨胸内髓外造血(EMH)的影像学诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实为胸内EMH5例患者的影像学表现。结果:5例均位于纵隔内,表现为脊柱周围向肺内突出的团块状边界清晰的软组织肿块。结论:胸内EMH影像学表现具有一定的特异性,结合病史可协助临床诊断。

摘 要：
Objective: To study the values of imaging diagnosis of intrathoracic extra-medullary hematopoiesis( EMH). Methods: Image examination findings in 5 cases with pathologically-proved EMH had been retrospectively analyzed. Results: The tumors in 5 cases were located in mediastinum around the spine or protruded to lungs with generally clear boundaries. Conclusion: The imaging findings of intrathoracic extramedullary hematopoiesis( EMH) are of certain specificity and can improve the diagnosis in the light of medical history.
