畜禽粪便中喹诺酮类抗生素的高效液相色谱-荧光分析方法

摘  要:
建立了能同时测定畜禽粪便中4种喹诺酮类抗生素的高效液相色谱-荧光分析方法。该方法以乙腈为提取液,用正己烷液-液萃取法去除样品中的脂类等杂质,超声提取15 min;以乙腈+0.086 mol/L磷酸(15/85,V/V,用三乙胺调节pH值至2.5)作为流动相。畜禽粪便样品中4种喹诺酮类抗生素的加标回收率在65.8%~121.7%之间,相对标准偏差均低于8.0%,样品定量限为0.46~1.23μg/kg。利用该方法测定了广州市畜禽粪便中4种喹诺酮类抗生素的含量,结果4种抗生素均被检出,以环丙沙星为主。

摘  要:
A high performance liquid chromatogram-fluorimetric analytical method for the simultaneous detection of four quinolone antibiotics in the manure of livestock was developed.This method used acetonitrile as the extractive liquid,utilized hexane liquid-liquid extraction to remove the impurities such as lipids from the samples,which were extracted for 15 min by ultrasound,and it used acetonitrile + 0.086 mol/L phosphoric acid(15/85,V/V,pH was adjusted to 2.5 by triethylamine) as the mobile phase.The recoveries of the four quinolone antibiotics added into in the livestock's manure samples varied from 65.8% to 121.7%,with the relative standard deviation of less than 8.0%,and the ration limits of the samples were from 0.46 to 1.23 μg/kg.The method was successfully applied to determine the contents of quinolone antibiotics in livestock's manure samples in Guangzhou,the result showed that the tested four quinolone antibiotics all were found,and the content of ciprofloxacin was the highest.
