不同类型音乐对奶牛产奶量及其血液激素水平的影响

摘  要:
为了研究民族音乐、轻音乐、流行音乐对奶牛产奶量的影响及其作用机理,试验分3期开展,每期60d。每期试验均选取年龄、胎次、产奶量接近,饲养管理水平完全相同的荷斯坦泌乳牛32头,随机分成2组,每组16头。试验组早、中、晚3次挤奶前各播放音乐2h,对照组常规饲喂。每10d测定单产并采集血样一次。结果表明:0~60d,民族音乐组产奶量较对照组平均低12.61%,轻音乐组平均产奶量较对照组高10.26%,差异极显著(P<0.01);0~60d,流行音乐组产奶量较对照组平均低0.73%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验第30d,民族音乐组COR含量较对照组高8.55%,差异显著(P<0.05);轻音乐组GH含量于试验第30d时,但较对照组高30.96%,差异显著(P<0.05);轻音乐组5-HT含量于试验第50d时较对照组低13.32%,差异显著(P<0.05)。民族音乐可显著降低奶牛产奶量,轻音乐可显著提高奶牛产奶量,而流行音乐对奶牛产奶量的影响作用有限。

摘  要:
In order to study the influence of national music,light music and pop music on milk production and serum hormone levels of dairy cows,the test was divided into 3phases,each lasting 60 days.32Holstein cows with similar milk yield,age,parity and lactation were selected and randomly divided into control group and test group,each 16 Holstein cows.The test group listened to the music for 2hbefore 3times of milking;the control group remained the same routine.The milk yield and the blood samples were measured once per 10 days.At 0~60days,the milk yield in national music group was 12.61%lower than that of control group,the milk yield of light music group was higher than the control group by 10.26%,with an extremely significant difference(P<0.01);At 0to 60 days,the average milk yield of pop music group was lower than that of the control group by 0.73 per cent,but the differences was not significant(P>0.05).The content of COR in the national music group was 8.55% higher than that of the control group at 30 th day,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The content of GH in the light music group was 30.96% higher than that of the control group at 30 th day,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The content of 5-HT in the light music group was 13.32%lower than that of the control group at50 th day,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).It is concluded that national music could significantly reduce milk yield,while light music could improve the milk yield,however,the influence of pop music on milk production of cow is limited.
