人工光照及温度对冬季黑水虻生殖行为的影响

摘 要:
为解决冬季黑水虻(Hermetia illucens)种群不易饲养的问题,研究了人工光照及温度对冬季黑水虻交配和产卵的影响。结果表明,碘钨灯光照作用可以较好地解决冬季黑水虻生殖需要的光照及温度要求。冬季在8 m2的温室中,通过1 000 W碘钨灯3 h的照射,200头黑水虻单日累积交配雌虫数可达17~25只,日均可诱集卵3 333.3粒。苹果果核可以作为产卵诱集物。

摘 要:
In order to solve the problem that the black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens) population was not easy to raise druing the cloudy and low temperature days of winter.The effects of the artificial light and temperature on mating and oviposition of the insect during the winter were studied.The results showed that the function of quartz-iodine lamp could meet the light and temperature requirements of the mass rearing the insect during winter.Under the stimulus of 3 h quartz-iodine lamp of1 000 W during the winter in 8 m2 room,the accumulated mating females could get 17~25 in a single day,and about 3 333.3 eggs were collected everyday.The core of the apple could be used to collect the egg masses of the insect.
