无融合生殖苹果属植物的某些特性

摘  要:
本文对苹果属植物( Malus)中具有无融合生殖特性的锡金海棠( M.sik-kimensis)、变叶海棠(M.toringoides)、三叶海棠(M.sieboldii)和湖北海棠( M.hupehensis)等4个种的7个类型进行了生物学特性观察及过氧化物酶同工酶测定,发现无融合生殖的种类具有如下特点:1.生长发育整齐一致,2.过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱整齐度高;3.去雄套袋能结实。用无融合生殖的种类做砧木嫁接苹果品种,生长比较整齐。特别是用平邑甜茶做砧木的果树,生长势强,产量高,具有较高的生产利用价值。但所嫁接的品种接穗应选用无病毒的。

摘  要:
Four species and seven types of apomictic Malus namely M.sikkimen-sis,M .toringoides, M.sieboldii and M.hupehensis were evaluated by growth measurement of seedling, isozymic identification and experiment on bagging. The results showed that the characters of apomictic species are: 1. uniform in seedling growth, 2.highly uniform in peroxidase isozyme zymogram, 3.fruited with bagging after emasculation. Grafting trial indicated that some apomictic species used for rootstocks were uniform in growth, especially Pingyi Tiancha ( M.hupehensis)which produced vi-gorous, productive trees. However, it is necessary to graft virus-free scion on these apomictic Malus rootstocks.
