干旱胁迫下玉米杂交种主要农艺性状杂种优势比较

摘  要:
试验通过人工控水池栽模式对9个玉米杂交种及其亲本进行了干旱胁迫处理,分别调查了株高、穗位高、空秆率及产量性状等,并对其杂种优势进行了分析.结果表明,干旱胁迫下亲本自交系和杂交种的株高、穗位高和空秆率存在明显差异,其中,郑单7153产量最高,郑单7168的株高和产量杂种优势均表现突出.表明杂交种郑单7153和郑单7168具有较强的抗旱性,其亲本自交系在抗旱遗传改良方面具有较高的育种价值和潜力.

摘  要:
In this experiment, 9 maize hybrids and their parents were treated by drought stress through artificial pool cultivation.Plant height, ear height, empty stalk rate and yield traits were investigated, and their heterosis were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in plant height, ear height and empty stalk rate between parents' inbred lines and hybrids under drought stress. The yield of Zhengdan 7153 was the highest, and the plant height and yield heterosis of Zhengdan 7168 were outstanding. This indicates that the hybrids Zhengdan 7153 and Zhengdan 7168 have strong drought resistance, and their inbred lines have high breeding value and potential in drought resistance genetic improvement.
