洮河林区森林生态系统服务功能及价值评估

摘  要：
以洮河林业局2010年森林资源规划设计调查(以下简称二类调查)为基础更新至2015年的资源数据,采用国家权威机构公布的社会公共数据,按照国家林业局发布实施的森林生态系统服务功能评估规范(LY/T1721—2008),参考白龙江森林生态站的观测数据,评估了洮河林区森林生态系统服务功能的价值。结果表明:(1)洮河林区森林生态系统服务功能总价值217.28亿元·a~(-1),其中涵养水源价值102.53亿元·a~(-1),保育土壤价值32.85亿元·a~(-1),固碳释氧价值45.91亿元·a~(-1),积累营养物质价值1.60亿元·a~(-1),净化大气环境价值8.99亿元·a~(-1),生物多样性保护价值26.18亿元·a~(-1),森林游憩价值1.79亿元·a~(-1);(2)不同林分类型组的服务价值顺序为云杉>冷杉>桦木>针阔混交>针叶混交>铁杉柏木>阔叶混交>落叶松>杨树山杨>油松>栎类。

摘  要：
Based on the resource data of the Taohe forestry bureau, the forest resource planning survey was updated from 2010 to 2015, using national authority published social public data, according to the State Forestry Administration issued the implementation of the forest ecosystem services function evaluation criteria(LY/T1721-2008), evaluating the value of forest ecosystem service function of Taohe forestry bureau based on the observation data of Bailongjiang forest ecological station. The results show:(1) the total value of services 21.228 billion yuan·a~(-1), which conservation water value of 10.252 billion yuan·a~(-1), conservation of soil value of 3.285 billion yuan·a~(-1), solid carbon and oxygen supply value of 4.591 billion yuan·a~(-1), accumulation of nutrients worth 160 million yuan·a~(-1), purify the atmospheric environment worth 899 million yuan·a~(-1), the value of biodiversity conservation is 2,618 million·a~(-1), forest recreation worth 179 million·a~(-1);(2) The order of service value of different forest types is Spruce > fir > birch > coniferous and broad-leaved >coniferous mixed > cauliflower cedar > broad-leaved mixed > larch > poplar yang > Pinus tabulaeformis > Quercus.
