贵州半细毛羊与杜泊羊、无角陶赛特羊杂交F1代的体尺及屠宰测定分析

摘  要:
为了比较以杜泊羊和无角陶赛特羊作为父本分别与贵州半细毛羊进行杂交改良的效果,选取8月龄杜细F1代(杜泊羊■×半细毛羊♀)、陶细F1代(陶赛特羊■×半细毛羊♀)、纯细F1代(半细毛羊■×半细毛羊♀)各6只,进行体尺和屠宰测定分析。结果:陶细羊体重显著高于纯细羊(P<0.05),杜细羊与纯细羊之间体重差异不显著(P>0.05);陶细羊、杜细羊、纯细羊之间体高差异均不显著(P>0.05);陶细羊体斜长显著高于纯细羊(P<0.05),杜细羊与纯细羊之间体斜长差异不显著(P>0.05);陶细羊、杜细羊、纯细羊之间胸围差异均不显著(P>0.05);陶细羊的胴体重和屠宰率均显著高于纯细羊(P<0.05),杜细羊与纯细羊之间胴体重和屠宰率均差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明:杜细羊和陶细羊F1代的产肉性能均高于纯细羊,而陶细羊F1代在产肉性能方面优越于杜细羊F1代,用无角陶赛特羊作为父本杂交改良贵州半细毛羊在产肉性能方面的效果更好。

摘  要:
In order to compare the effect of crossbreeding improvement with Guizhou semi-fine wool sheep by using Dorper and poll Dorset as male parents. Six 8-month-old Duxi sheep sheep F1(Dorper■×Semi-fine wool sheep♀); six 8-month-old Dorxi sheep F1(Dorset■×Semi-fine wool sheep♀); six 8-month-old pure fine sheep F1(Semi-fine wool sheep■×Semi-fine wool sheep♀)were selected for body size and slaughter analysis. Results: The body weight of Dorxi sheep was significantly higher than that of pure fine sheep(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between Duxi sheep and pure fine sheep(P>0.05); the body height of Dorxi sheep, Duxi sheep and pure fine sheep was not significant(P>0.05); the body length of Dorxi sheep was significantly higher than that of pure fine sheep(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between Duxi sheep and pure fine sheep(P>0.05); the body length of Dorxi sheep, Duxi sheep and pure fine sheep there was no significant difference in chest circumference(P>0.05); the carcass weight and slaughter rate of Dorxi sheep were significantly higher than that of pure fine sheep(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in carcass weight and slaughter rate between Duxi sheep and pure fine sheep(P>0.05). The results showed that the meat production performance of F1 generation of Duxi sheep and Dorxi sheep was higher than that of pure fine sheep, while that of F1 generation of Dorxi sheep was better than that of F1 generation of Duxi sheep, and the effect of improving the meat production performance of Guizhou semi-fine wool sheep with poll Dorset as male parent was better.
