低比转数冲压焊接离心泵粘性设计方法及其应用

摘  要:
提出了把“理想流体”作为参照量,以粘性边界层作为水流动边界条件的粘性水力设计方法。针对冲压焊接离心泵吸入口的流态,推导出粘性条件下的畸变方程和输运方程式,以此应用于冲压离心泵的水力设计,实践应用改善了离心泵的性能,提高了泵的运行效率

摘  要:
This paper, by referring to the “ideal liquid”, proposed the viscous hydraulic design methods under the conditions of water-moving border of viscous layer of border. The authors of this paper deduced viscous distortion equations and transport equations according to water entering conditions of the stamping and welding centrifugal pumps. This method has been applied to the hydraulic design of the pumps and improved their functions and efficiency.
