紫茎泽兰浸泡液对椎实螺杀灭效果观察

摘  要：
[目的]选用紫茎泽兰浸泡液作用于椎实螺,观察其对椎实螺的杀灭效果,为灭螺剂的研发提供科学依据。[方法]采用紫茎泽兰的根、茎、叶、花,各自配制成5个浓度梯度的浸泡液,作用于椎实螺,在不同时间段记录椎实螺死亡情况。[结果]椎实螺放入紫茎泽兰不同部位不同浓度的浸泡液中,均有明显的上爬现象。各类型浸泡液组内杀灭钉螺的效果无明显差异;叶和花浸泡液较根和茎的浸泡液杀灭效果好,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。根和茎浸泡液均在椎实螺浸泡48 h后,开始出现死亡;叶和花组在浸泡6 h后就出现了少量的死亡,叶浸泡液在作用48 h达到死亡高峰,花浸泡液在作用12 h到达死亡高峰。[结论]紫茎泽兰对椎实螺具有杀灭效果,可作为潜在的植物性灭螺剂。

摘  要：
[Objective] The scientific basis of the river snail-killing was provided through the experiment in the effect of the soaking solution of Eupatoeium japonicum.[Method] The death of river snail,treated with five gradient concentration preparations of the solution soaked with Eupatoeium japonicum root,stem,leaf and flower,respectively,was recorded in different time.[Result] There was obvious phenomenon of river snail-damaging while it was put into the different concentrations of soaking solution.There was a significant difference in the effect of the different soaking solutions on river snail-killing.The soaking solution of leaf or flower showed the better efficiency(P<0.05) on river snail-killing than that of root or stem,respectively.The river snail started to be killed after 48 hours while it was treated with the soaking solution of root and stem.The few death of river snail appeared after 6 hours while it was treated with the soaking solution of leaf and flower and the peak of river snail death was in the 48th hour while it was treated with the soaking solution of leaf and 12th hour in the soaking solution of flower.[Conclusion] The Eupatoeium japonicum had the effect on river snail-killing,which could be used as a potential plant molluscicide agents.
