中西部地区农村留守妇女外出就业意愿影响因素分析

摘  要：
选择中西部地区农村300位代表性农村留守妇女就业的调查数据建立Logistic归模型,分析当下农村妇女就业的影响因素,用SPSS19.0统计软件进行分析,农村留守妇女外出就业的意愿与学历、是否就近就业、收入、工作环境、是否需要照顾人、就业保障等呈显著正相关;农村留守妇女外出就业的意愿与工作时间呈无显著相关。在此基础上结合中国目前农村留守妇女就业情况,提出加强职业培训、完善立法、完善基础公共设施等建议。

摘  要：
300 representative rural left-behind women employment related data were choosed to establish a logistic regression model to analyze the influence factors of the present rural women employment intention. SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to analysis, it found the main factors influencing the rural left-behind women employment intention were level of education,employment location, income, working environment, take care of people, job security,and they all had significant positive correlations. There is no significant correlation between the willingness of rural left behind women and the work time.On the basis of this combined with the current rural women employment situation in our country, put forward corresponding suggestion and safeguard measures.
