遵义市规模化猪场猪繁殖障碍性疫病的血清学调查

摘  要：
为给遵义市规模化猪场猪繁殖障碍性疫病的防治提供参考依据,对遵义市9个规模化猪场送检的血清分别进行了猪细小病毒(PPV)﹑猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型(PCV2)﹑猪瘟病毒(HCV)﹑猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)﹑猪繁殖障碍与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)和猪乙型脑炎病毒(JEV)等6种猪繁殖障碍性疫病的ELISA抗体检测。结果表明:免疫群体中HCV、PCV2、PRV、PPV、JEV和PRRSV的平均阳性率分别为63.2%、80.2%、58.4%、57.5%、68.1%和48.8%,非免疫群体中PCV2、PRV、PPV和JEV的平均阳性率分别为62.8%、36.7%、32.1%和29.6%,存在PCV2、PRV、PPV、JEV不同程度的野毒感染。

摘  要：
In this paper,ELISA antibody detection of serum for PPV,PCV2,HCV,PRV,PRRSV,JEV from nine large-scale pig farms in Zunyi City was conducted to provide a reference for serosurvey of reproductive failure disease prevention and treatment.The results showed that the total positive rates of HCV,PCV2,PRV,PPV,JEV and PRRSV were 63.2%,80.2%,58.4%,57.5%,68.1% and 48.8% respectively in immune groups,and PRRSV immune effect was poor.The total positive rates in non-immune groups of PCV2,PRV,PPV,JEV were 62.8%,36.7%,32.1% and 29.6% respectively,and wild virus infections existed in pig farms at different degrees.
