水中重金属元素镉的激光诱导击穿光谱快速检测研究

摘  要:
以激光诱导击穿光谱技术实时检测水中的重金属镉元素为研究目的,对不同浓度的含镉水溶液进行激光诱导击穿光谱试验。确定在以361.05 nm为镉元素特征分析谱线时,较佳采集延迟时间为1 680 ns,较佳的激光能量值为110 m J。采用线性拟合的方法对镉元素进行定量分析,拟合曲线的线性相关系数为0.995 38,两验证样品的相对误差分别为9.21%、8.50%。研究表明激光诱导击穿光谱技术对水中镉元素进行实时、在线检测是可行的,但检测灵敏度还有待进一步提高。

摘  要:
The research purpose is to detect the heavy metal Cd in sewage by using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy( LIBS).The test was conducted with different concentrations of Cd chloride in water by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy.361.05 nm line was selected as the characteristic spectral line of Cd.The optimal delay time was 1 280 ns,the best pulse laser energy was 110 m J.The quantitative analysis of Cd was carried out by linear fitting. The linear correlation coefficient of fitting curve was 0. 995 38,the relative errors of two validated samples were 9.21%,8.50% respectively.The results show that LIBS technique for real-time,online quantitative analysis of heavy metals in water is feasible.However,the sensitivity of detection needs further improvement.
