新型农用机械行走机构设计与越障分析

摘  要:
介绍了一种新型的轮履复合农用机械行走机构—变体轮结构设计方案,对组成变体轮的履带节单元的工作原理进行了详细的叙述,使得传统农用车辆的行走机构有了新型可重构的特性。同时,着重介绍了变体轮整体结构和轮履变形机理。将变体轮应用到农用机械上与其它单纯轮式或履带式的农用车辆进行对比,凸显出了较大优势;划分了基于变体轮的农用车辆所面临的障碍地形(沟壑类障碍以及坡面类障碍),分析了其最大的越障能力,包括跨越最大壕沟的宽度、最高沟壑高度以及最大坡面角度,为未来农用车辆变体轮的广泛应用提供了充分的理论方案和可行性分析。

摘  要:
This paper introduces a new type of wheel-tracked agricultural machinery walking mechanism—structural design of variant wheel,narrativing the working principle of track section unit of variant wheel in detail,making the traditional agricultural machinery owning the speciality of reconfigurability.Also highlightely introducing the overall structure and wheel-tracked deformation mechanism of variant wheel.Comparative analysis of the agricultural machinery vehicles in view of variant wheel and simplex wheel type or tracked type,then,highlights the large advantage.The last,dividing the obstacle terrain of agricultural machinery vehicles in view of variant wheel(gully obstacles and slope obstacles),analysis its maximum obstacle crossing ability,including crossing maximum width of ditch、maximum height of gully and maximum angle of hillslope.All of this proved sufficient theoretical programs and feasibility analysis for future widespread use in agricultural machinery vehicles of variant wheel.
