后WTO时代我国发展水产养殖业的内在禀赋分析

摘  要：
加入WTO后,我国水产品在获得更为广阔的国际市场的同时,也遭受到水产品进口国法律法规和技术性贸易壁垒对我国水产品出口设置的种种限制。在这种形势下,本文对我国发展水产养殖业资源存在的内在优势和弱势进行系统分析,并根据我国的具体情况提出了我国水产养殖业健康发展应采取的战略选择。

摘  要：
After entering WTO,aquatic products in China has earned larger international market, while it also has suffered various kinds of restrictions under the laws and technical barriers from the importing countries.Thus,the author has analyzed the both advantages and disadvantages existed in the development of aquaculture in China,and also proposed strategies for the healthy development of aquaculture in China under the current situation,clarified the responsibilities of government authorities. The author has also suggested the measures of strengthening the scientific plan of wetlands,water management for aquaculture,optimization of aquaculture mode,utilization of fishery medication, establishment of whole processing monitoring system for aquatic products,management of enhancement resources,and management of introducing outside species.
