冠斑犀鸟的半人工孵化及全人工育雏试验

摘  要:
为掌握冠斑犀鸟的人工孵化和育雏技术,了解冠斑犀鸟雏鸟的生长情况,2007年6月4日对一个处于封巢期的冠斑犀鸟巢箱进行了掏窝取卵,取出仅有的一枚处于孵化中期(照卵比照)的冠斑犀鸟卵进行人工孵化(蛋壳乳白色,蛋重30.1g,外径48.52mm×35.70mm)。孵化温度为37.8~38℃,湿度为40%~50%。入孵后9d顺利出雏,推算其孵化期约(21±2)d。雏鸟重26.0g,属晚成鸟。眼睛从9日龄起张开一条缝隙至16日龄完全睁开;卵齿没有脱落而是与喙融合生长至22日龄消失;羽毛从4日龄开始生长至33日龄全身羽毛长齐。雏鸟从出雏到飞行共哺育了42d,哺育期的体重峰值为616.0g,出飞前体重回落到590.0g,出飞体重减重率为4.22%。除体重外其他各项指标与自然哺育的生长一致,体重增长可以用Logistic方程很好地拟合。测量结果显示全人工育雏的幼鸟出飞重是亲鸟哺育的168.6%倍,反映了人工育雏体重增长过快,虽然出飞时间没有推后但飞行质量受到了体重过重的影响。

摘  要:
In order to grasp the Oriental Pied Hornbill artificial incubation and artificial rearing technology,and to understand the hornbill nestling growth,we picked up a nest egg from a nest of an Oriental Pied Hornbill in closed period in June 4,2007.We artificially incubated this egg in the midterm of incubation(distinguished by light egg)in Oriental Pied Hornbill.We got only a mid-term of incubators(recognized by light egg)in Oriental Pied Hornbill and artificial hatching of the egg(The chorion ivory-white,egg weight 30.1 g,outer diameter 48.52 mm×35.70 mm).Incubation temperature was set to 37.8-38 ℃,humidity controlled at 40%-50%.This egg was artificially incubated for 9 d after hatching success,it was forecasted the incubation period was about(21±2)days.Infancy hornbill hatching weight got to 26.0 g,from the shape and features of distinction belongs to the late into birds.That eyes from 9-day-old began to open a gap to full at 16-day-old,spent a total of 8 d time.This egg tooth did not desquamate.And its beak grown in the 22-day-old.Feathers began to grow in the 4-day-old to 33-day-old when the body had been covered by feathers.From a young chicken to fly to 42 d feeding,nurturing the peak period was for 616.0 g.Before flying back to the weight 590.0 g,the weight loss ratio got to 4.22%.Besides the weight of each index and natural feeding,weight could grow very well with Logistic equation fitting.However,the measurement results showed that all the artificial rearing of juvenile hornbill flying weight reached to 168.6 percent compared to natural feeding times.These results reflected the rapid growth of artificial brood weight,although the flight time was not postponed,but the quality would undoubtedly be a flight of overweight.
