全缘叶绿绒蒿种子散播功能性状及其与种群空间分布格局的相关性

摘  要:
以全缘叶绿绒蒿为试材,运用野外调查与点格局相结合的分析方法,研究了海拔变化对全缘叶绿绒蒿种子散播功能性状、种群空间分布格局特征的影响,并探讨种子散播功能性状与种群空间分布格局特征的相关性,以期揭示植物繁殖生长的生态适应对策。结果表明:全缘叶绿绒蒿单果胚珠数随海拔升高而增加,而种子千粒质量、花梗长度和株高均随海拔升高而降低,单因素方差分析表明不同海拔梯度间种子千粒质量和单果胚珠数差异不显著(P>0.05),而花梗长和植株高度在不同海拔间则存在显著差异(P<0.05)。样地1(4 452m)、样地2(4 215m)、样地3(4 081m)、样地4(3 841m)和样地5(3 681m)全缘叶绿绒蒿种群分别在0~5.82、0~8.6、0~8.8、0~9.2、0~20m空间尺度上呈聚集分布,不同海拔全缘叶绿绒蒿种群呈现聚集分布的空间尺度存在显著差异,即随着海拔的升高,种群聚集分布的空间尺度越小。Pearson相关分析表明,植株花梗长、株高、种子千粒质量与种群聚集分布空间尺度呈正相关,单果胚珠数与种群聚集分布空间尺度呈负相关,但均不显著(P>0.05)。

摘  要:
In order to point the ecological adaptation strategy of Meconopsis integrifoliain alpine habitats,seed dispersal functional traits and population spatial distribution pattern were studied at five different altitudes plots,by using field investigation and point pattern analysis.Furthermore,pearson correlation analysis was used to test the correlations between functional traits and population spatial distribution pattern.The results showed that number of ovule per flower increased along the increasing elevations,however,mass of 1 000 grains,pedicel length and plant height decreased.One-way ANOVA indicated that there were no significant differences(P>0.05)in the number of ovule per flower and mass of 1 000 grains among five different altitudes plots.However,differences of pedicel length and plant height among different altitudes plots were significant(P<0.05).There was a clumped distribution at the scale 0-5.82 m,0-8.6m,0-8.8m,0-9.2mand 0-20 min plot 1(4 452m),plot 2(4 215m),plot 3(4 081m),plot 4(3 841m)and plot 5(3 681m)respectively.It was significantly different in the space scale of spatial distribution pattern among different altitudes plots.Specifically,the population clumped spatial scale decreased along the increasing altitudes.Pearson correlation analysis indicated positive correlations between the pedicel length and the clumped spatial scale,between the plant height and the clumped spatial scale,between the mass of 1 000 grains and the clumped spatial scale.By contrast,correlation between the number of ovule per flower and the clumped spatial scale was negative.There was no significant correlation between seed dispersal functional traits and the clumped spatial scale among five different altitudes plots.
