外源一氧化氮对Cd~(2+)胁迫下皱叶留兰香生长和生理特性的影响

摘  要:
为缓解Cd2+对皱叶留兰香的毒害作用,采用溶液培养法研究外源NO供体硝普钠(SNP)对20 mg/L、30 mg/L Cd2+胁迫下皱叶留兰香生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:100μmol/L SNP一定程度缓解较高浓度Cd2+对皱叶留兰香植株生长,叶绿素a、b,叶绿素总含量合成、硝酸还原酶活性和根系活性的抑制作用;降低丙二醛(MDA)含量及相对电导率;增强超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,从而在一定程度上缓解较高浓度Cd2+对皱叶留兰香生长的胁迫。

摘  要:
The solution culture method was used to study effects of sodium nitroprusside(an exogenous nitric oxide donor) on growth and physiological response of Mentha cdispate under Cd2+ stress.The results showed that 100 μmol/L sodium nitroprusside could relieve the inhibition to seedling growth,nitrate reductase activity,root vigor and the synthetic content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of Mentha cdispate,reduce the MDA content and relative electric conductivity of Mentha cdispate leaves,and increase SOD,POD and CAT activity of Mentha cdispate under Cd2+ stress with a high concentration,which expresses that 100 μmol/L sodium nitroprusside can relieve the stress to seedling growth of Mentha cdispate under Cd2+ stress with a high concentration to a certain extent.
