圈养白犀牛血液生化指标的测定

摘  要:
为了解圈养白犀牛的血液生化指标,试验以7头不同年龄、性别的云南石林圈养白犀牛为研究对象,分别检测其17项血液生化指标,采用SPSS软件对检测数据进行比较。结果显示公母白犀牛血液生化指标中除尿酸(UA)差异极显著外,其余指标均不显著;未成年体和成年体白犀牛血液生化指标中除钙(Ca)差异显著外,其余指标均不显著;对比克鲁格国家公园放养方式的白犀牛血液生化指标数据参数,发现白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酯酶(ALP)均表现为圈养状态显著(ALB,P=0.021;BUN,P=0.001;AST,P=0.001;ALP,P=0.031)高于放养状态下指标;钙(Ca)、总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLO)和R-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)指标值在圈养状态下低于放养状态指标,且钙(Ca)、总蛋白(TP)指标差异显著(P=0.008、P=0.025)。本试验的测定结果反映了白犀牛生理机能特性,初步建立了圈养白犀牛血液生化指标参数,为今后加强犀牛的人工饲养管理、疾病防治和人工繁育等提供了参考依据。

摘  要:
We sampled the blood of seven captive white rhinoceros(Ceratotherium simum)of different ages and genders at Shilin,Yunnan Province.Seventeen biochemical parameters of each sample were measured,and results were analyzed with SPSS software to assess differences between gender and age.Of all 17 parameters,only serum uric acid levels differed significantly(P =0.01) between females and males.Only serum calcium levels were differed significantly(P-0.03) between sub-adults and adults.Compared to biochemical reference data of free-ranging white rhinoceros at Kruger National Park,the levels in captive animals of blood albumin(ALB),urea nitrogen(BUN),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP(were significantly higher(ALB,P = 0.021;BUN,P = 0.001;AST,P = 0.001;ALP,P = 0.031).Levels of blood calcium(Ca),total protein(TP),globulin(GLO) and gamma glutamyltransferase(GGT) in captive animals were lower than in free-ranging animals,and differences for Ca and TP levels were significant(Ca,P=0.008;TP,P = 0.025).The current study provided blood biochemical parameters for captive white rhinoceros.The results reflect the physiological function of these animals,and will contribute to the protection,artificial rearing,disease prevention and artificial breeding of white rhinoceros.
