摘  要：
云南省西双版纳傣族自治州作为全国第一批、云南省唯一的"国家生态文明建设示范州市",保存有中国最完整的热带生态系统。根据其生物多样性的自然资源禀赋、特殊的边疆区位与独特的民族文化,分析西双版纳生态文明非正式制度的表现形式,探析该地区生态文明非正式制度的作用,对完善生态文明制度体系,促进生态文明制度建设具有十分重要的意义。

摘  要：
Xishuangbanna Dai autonomous prefecture of yunnan province, as the first batch of "national demonstration city of ecological civilization construction" and the only one in yunnan province, has the most complete tropical ecosystem in China. According to the biodiversity of the natural resources endowment, the frontiers of special location and unique national culture, it analyzes the form of informal institution in Xishuangbanna ecological civilization, as well as analyzes the role of the region's ecological civilization informal institutions. It is of great significance to improve the system of ecological civilization system, to promote the construction of ecological civilization system.
