新疆也木勒白羊MSTN基因在不同组织中的表达定量研究

摘  要:
通过实时荧光定量也木勒白羊MSTN基因在不同组织(心、肝、脾、肺、肠、肾、尾脂、半膜、半键、股二、股三、背最长肌)表达量的多少,分析MSTN基因在不同组织的表达规律,为也木勒白羊肌肉生长性状的选育提供遗传学资料。结果表明:也木勒白羊MSTN基因在肌肉半膜、半键、股二、股三的表达量显著高于其他各组织(P<0.05),背最长肌表达量显著高于各内脏组织和尾脂(P<0.05),尾脂、肝、脾、肠、肾中表达量显著低于其他各组织(P<0.05),内脏组织中肺的表达量最高,心居于第二,其余各内脏组织表达量均差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明MSTN基因在12种组织中均有表达,但在内脏和尾脂中的表达量低于肌肉组织。

摘  要:
The expression levels of MSTN gene in different tissues(heart,liver,spleen,lung,intestine,kidney,fat,semimembranosus,semitendinosus,biceps femoris,triceps femoris,longissimus dorsi)of Yemule lambs were detected using Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technique for providing genetic information in the selection of muscle growth traits. The results showed that expression levels in the semimembranosus,semitendinosus,biceps femoris,triceps femoris were significantly higher than those in the other tissues(P<0.05);the expression level in the longissimus dorsi was significantly higher than those in visceral tissues and fat(P<0.05);the expression levels in the fat,liver,spleen,intestine,kidney were significantly lower than those in the other tissues(P<0.05);the expression level in the lung was the highest in the visceral tissues,the second in the heart;no significant differences(P >0.05)in the other visceral tissues. MSTN gene were expressed in all 12 kinds of tissues,the expression levels in muscle tissues were higher than the expression levels in visceral tissues and fat.
