on the Philosophy of Hhigher Education by John S.Brubacher was a classical works on philosophy of higher education in western countries.From the logical basis of higher learning,John S.Brubacher analyzed the epistemology philosophy and the political philosophy and their different opinions on academic autonomy,academic freedom,higher education for whom,general and specialized education,pedagogy of higher education,ethics of scholarship and the university as a church.He formed a whole system of the philosophy of higher education which gave us many inspirations.
