摘 要：
基于黑龙江省发展现代化大农业的客观形势需要,结合黑龙江省在密山市等十个市县建立减村并屯试点取得经验和成绩,采用实地调研、经济指标测算、逻辑分析等技术方法,论证了土地规模化经营和利用现代化大机械实施标准化作业产生的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益,得出了黑龙江省实施农业经营体制改革可行并应该进一步推广的结论。

摘 要：
Based on the objective situation of required development of modern large-scale farming in Heilongjiang Province,combined with the experience and achievements by Tuen were set up in ten cities and counties in Mishan City of Heilongjiang Province,field research,economic indicators measured,logical analysis methods were used to demonstrate the economic,ecological and social benefits by using land management and modern large-scale implementation of standard operating large machinery,draw a conclusion,it was feasible to furder promote of agricultural management system reform carried out in Heilongjiang province.
