一次性木筷企业如何应对税收及相关政策调整

摘要：

通过对一次性木筷行业的调研和对行业相关政策的分析,得出一次性木筷相关政策对行业的影响:一是税收政策的出台有利于一次性木筷产业结构调整;二是取消"预核签章制度"有利于规范出口、减少违规操作;三是《加工贸易禁止类进出口商品目录》的出台有利于一次性木筷行业整体竞争环境的改善。研究得出的结论是:这一系列税收及相关政策的出台有利于一次性木筷行业的健康发展,但对单个企业的压力较大。最后,从企业的角度出发,提出应从培养工业原料林,延长上游产业链、寻求海外建厂、进行木筷深加工以及充分利用行业协会力量4方面寻求企业突破和发展之道。

摘要：

Through to the disposable wooden chopsticks profession's investigation and study and to the profession related policy's analysis,obtains the disposable wooden chopsticks related policy the influence to be as follows to the profession:First,tax policy's releasing is advantageous to the disposable wooden chopsticks industry restructure;Second,cancels "the pre-nuclear signature system" to be advantageous to the standard export,the reduced contrary operation;Third,"Processing trade Forbids Kind of Import-export goods Table of contents"releasing is advantageous to the disposable wooden chopsticks profession whole environment of competition improvement;Finally obtains the conclusion is,this a series of tax revenues and related policy's releasing is advantageous to the disposable wooden chopsticks profession healthy development,but is big to the single enterprise's pressure.Finally from enterprise's angle embarking,proposed that should from the raise raw material for industry forest,lengthen the upstream industry chain,seek the overseas to put up a factory,to carry on the wooden chopsticks intensive processing as well as seeks the enterprise breakthrough and the development road of fully using the profession association strength 4 aspects.
